NivasaHub ("we", "us") builds software to help property owners manage rent, payments, and billing. This policy explains what data we collect while NivasaHub is in closed testing, why we collect it, and how it's protected. We designed NivasaHub to collect the minimum data necessary to run the service.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign up, join the closed testing program, or contact us.
Property and ledger data: the rent amounts, tenants, payments, and billing records you enter into NivasaHub to use the service.
Minimal technical logs: basic request logs (timestamp, endpoint, and status code) generated automatically by our servers for debugging and abuse prevention. We do not log message content, passwords, or payment card details in these logs.

How we use it

To operate core features: calculating rent, generating billing statements, and maintaining your payment ledger.
To respond to support and contact form requests you send us.
To keep the service secure and reliable, including diagnosing errors from technical logs.
To send occasional updates about the closed testing program, if you've opted in by contacting us.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your property or tenant data for advertising.
We do not store full payment card numbers — contribution checkout, once connected, will be handled by a dedicated payment processor rather than NivasaHub's own servers.

Data retention & deletion

Account and property data is retained for as long as your account is active. Technical logs are kept only briefly for operational purposes and rotated out automatically.
You can request account and data deletion directly within the NivasaHub mobile application settings or by contacting us via our homepage.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request complete account and data deletion at any time.
