These terms govern your use of NivasaHub while it's in Android closed testing. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.

Using NivasaHub

NivasaHub is currently available as a free app during its Android closed testing program. There is no charge to use the core features: rent calculation, payment tracking, and bill generation.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use NivasaHub to manage real properties.
As testing software, features, calculations, and data structures may change, and the service may be interrupted or reset without notice while we develop it.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the rent, tenant, and payment data you enter — NivasaHub calculates statements based on what you provide.
You agree to use NivasaHub only for lawful property and rent management purposes, and not to use it to harass tenants or misrepresent amounts owed.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account.
If you find a bug or security issue, we ask that you report it through the contact form in good faith rather than exploiting it.

Access to NivasaHub during closed testing is provided free of charge, on an as-is, as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including after closed testing ends, and we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NivasaHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including errors in calculated rent or billing figures — always verify important figures independently.

The "Support NivasaHub" section allows you to voluntarily contribute toward hosting, testing devices, and development time.
Contributions are donations, not payments for a product or subscription — they do not unlock features, guarantee a service level, or entitle you to a refund.
Contributions are non-refundable except where required by law.
Secure checkout is not yet connected to a live payment processor; no contribution is charged until that integration is live and clearly presented to you at checkout.

We may update these terms as NivasaHub develops. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
